“The aspects of things that are most important for us are hidden because of their simplicity and familiarity.”

It makes me more effective and less stressed. It helps me be more productive and reduces stress. I feel happier and more relaxed. It makes my life so much easier.
Where do you begin? You can continue your journey if you have already started.
In this week’s article I’d like to share 23 small habits that help me to live a simpler life.
Start with one of these and continue until it becomes a part of your everyday life.
1. Breathe.
When you feel stressed or are lost in a problem or mistake, or in the past or future of your mind, breathe for two full minutes with your belly and focus only on the air coming in and going out.
You will feel your body relax and your mind return to the present moment.
2. One thing at a moment.
You’ll get better results and feel better and less stressed while doing those things.
3. Note everything down.
You should use your mind to remember what you have done, rather than trying to recall it. The mind can be like a leaky container.
Write down your ideas, thoughts and insights before they disappear.
