It’s about what can you do instead to make those mistakes and habits better.

1. Do not overthink.
It is rare to make mistakes or have bad habits like getting caught up in overthinking.
It used to be something I did all the time.
It led to much analysis paralysis, little action on my deepest desires and a lot of wasted time and energy.
Here’s what you can do instead
Set short deadlines.
If you have all the time you need to think about something, it can lead you to spend a lot of time considering the situation from every angle.
Although it takes some practice, I found that setting short deadlines was really helpful.
I give myself 30 seconds to make small decisions such as if I should do the dishes or go to work out.
You may need to make larger decisions, that would have taken you days or even weeks in the past.
