Aaron Simnowitz on Letting Go of Fear & Embracing His Sexuality
Simnowitz claims that he became attracted to males when he turned 18. He spent the next 15 years in conversion therapy centers in a bid to “pray the gay away”.
“I never thought it was okay. That’s why I pursued it.” It was never okay for me. Simnowitz says.
Simnowitz changed his perspective after hearing a sermon by a female pastor. He describes it as a “big turning point” in how he views the Bible.
