<p>Type 2 diabetes treatment <a rel="noopener noreferrer" href=" target="_blank">Ozempic</a> has become the biggest name in the weight-loss drug market, but it's far from the only option available at this point. Novo Nordisk, which makes Ozempic, has an option prescribed for weight loss (Wegovy), as do other brands like Eli Lilly, which makes <a rel="noopener noreferrer" href=" target="_blank">Zepbound</a>. Altimmune, the drug maker, has announced positive results of a study on its new drug pemvidutide. After 48 weeks, one third of the patients who took pemvidutide had lost at least 20 percent of their bodyweight.</p>
