It is easier to say no than yes.
Saying no allows you to stay in your comfort zones. You don’t have to fear failing or being rejected.
You can avoid the scary unknown, and even sometimes difficult changes.
Saying yes can make your life richer and more fulfilling. You can open your life up to more happiness by saying yes.
Today, I want to share ten things I said yes to that helped me become happier.
Choose one that speaks to you the most and make it part of your daily life.
1. Being imperfect.
The bar is set too high when you try to be perfect. It is impossible to achieve.
