
Yesterday, I finally tackled the thing that I’ve been dreading — installing the Swedish ladder. This apparatus is also called stall bars and can be used for a variety of exercises. If you’ve never heard of it before, hop over to YouTube and search “stall bar exercises,” and you can get an idea of how it’s used. This video is a quick demonstration of 75 different exercises. But that’s only the tip of what you can do. I originally had planned to make my own Swedish ladder, but I felt a little insecure about it. These items need to be strong enough to support full body weight. I found it much easier to buy one with a metal frame and 1.5 inch bars. This one I bought from The Beam Store.
