
<p>Due to the size of U.S. Postal Service (USPS), it's not all that surprising that there are sometimes a few bumps in the road. After all, the agency is responsible for <a rel="noopener noreferrer" href=" target="_blank">delivering mail</a> to every American—regardless of where they live.
